A New Day.

much has changed since i last visited this blog. my p90x days are somewhat just a memory, although i intend to resume workouts this month. what i lost there i gained in my spiritual rebirth. the hour is late....but tomorrow i will begin to tell the story of where i began and where i am currently.....until then, may the Creator, that which created the whole of the cosmos and dwells within guide you to peace and joy.
