My journey continues. I've decided that my goal weight for our cruise (Sept. 23) should be 190lbs. To reach that goal I need to lose 22 more lbs. I have never been that weight since my childhood. The smallest I've been able to get was 195. That was a good weight for me, but I want the definition so my ideal goal is 180 or less.
My back has been really hurting lately. I do believe it's the ab exercises that has caused the inflammation. It's an older injury I sustained while working in the steel business. So I'm trying to take it easy with the ab workouts until the pain subsides.
On a plus side, I am avering 140 pushups per routine in the Power 90 sculpt 3-4. Tonight I even got an extra 20 in! We also started running/walking for twenty to thirty minutes on sculpt days as well.
I believe our day 60 is this Sunday so will have an update of measurements then!
